PROJECT MANAGER

Miami Dade County (Doral)

 

Oversee the construction projects ensuring they are completed according to schedule and within budget. Responsible for analyzing blueprints to prepare time, materials, and labor cost estimates. Organize and assemble bid packages for subcontractors. Review and approve estimates, proposals, budget and scheduling expenditures. Approve purchasing of materials and services. Plan and coordinate all aspects of the projects, including negotiating contracts, hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. Securing building permits and licenses, and delivery of materials and equipment. Ensures quality control standards for projects.

 

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Architecture from a US or accredited foreign college and at least 2 years of experience in project management. At least 1 of the 2 years of experience in commercial and residential construction projects. Skilled in AutoCAD Availability to travel domestically. Negotiations skills.
